Meet the Middleground Miniature Herefords
LS MISS KENTUCKY RANGER 5J74
"Miss Piggy"
Calved: 4/10/2005
Registration: 42589443
Frame Score: 00
Pedigree
Definitely the
stockiest of our cows, she is the ideal we strive for in a mini Hereford. Miss
Piggy got her name as a calf who not only ate all her own feed, but craweled
into the feed bunk to eat everyone else's food as well. She retains her bulk
year round on grass and hay alone, and delivered a delightful heifer calf last
spring who embodies all the qualities of her mother. Her sweet disposition and
delightful personality earn her the title "queen of the herd!"
We are looking forward to Miss Piggys calf, due late April.

The smallest of
our mini Herefords, she is a sweetheart in every way. Hand tamed, she comes when
called by name. Delivered a beautiful bull calf, "Comet" with great eye
pigmentation, who has been sold. Due to calve late April. She is the childrens
favorite due to her extreme gentleness and small size. (AKA: pet)

Daughter of Miss Piggy, she possesses all the characteristics of her mother.
Smaller than her dam, but every bit as stock. She is frequently seen alongside
her mother contentedly munching on the same flake of hay. Has earned the
nickname "Little Miss Piggett" for obvious reasons. She will be bred this summer
to calve spring 2009.
